I Want to Ride my Bicycle

In a little sidestep from shooting headshots I had the opportunity to shoot the base image for a poster for a new piece of writing by the excellent Lila Clements. I guess the approach to this wasn't completely different to a headshot or portrait session but we did have the grace of greater artistic freedom. No fixed plan, just some ideas, a few props and a bike. I also popped into rehearsals to get a feel for the show, take a few rehearsal shots and capture a rehearsal portrait. Lila is fab to work with and after mucking about with lots of different options we found an image that served the piece and it was sent off to the Poster Wizards to be worked on in their secret labs
